Navigate to "Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Windows Update" and then look for the 'Specify intranet Microsoft Update service location.' In England they are no longer making Windows XP and Windows 7 laptops,now,only Windows 7. In 2008, there are now over 1.1 billion PCs in use worldwide and over 70% of them are running Windows XP.
