(Thanks Paul for having support call me). Boycott ISPs that do not support free and open peering in South Africa!
I've tried everything it suggests to fix the problem EXCEPT "Set your current mobile device as the default device under the 'Devices' tab in the Advanced window" because i can't find I can get it working no problem on a couple of PCs with XP on them. I am not sure that it will fix any other error like the 635 error. Everything looked good, only one entry for the USB stick and everything looked normal until i went to connect and got the same 635 error. PauloMN Moderator 15-Jan-2010 22:25 #9 This USB stick quite honestly seems to be a complete piece of crap.

After re-installing the device and installing on a different laptop it really did look to be a problem with the Vodafone side. The firmware fix should get it working on Vista if you were getting the 608 error. You bought it today? Please try the request again.
