My windows 7 x64 is the RTM version and when I install or repair my VMWare 6.5.2 - it does not install the drivers for the net adapters and both 1 Worked fine for me. I dont think the host octet of the IP address matters…windows just figures in the /24 of the IP address. this content Confirmed that a reboot is needed!
