Visual Studio 2008 Error List Keeps Popping Up
I've tried all the options in Visual Studio and searched google with all the keywords i could think of but i can't find any solution to this miserable behavior. Bottom line, your solution does not work, and the smart error window keeps popping up even while I type. It only opens the error list window when you compile the page or the site, not every freaking time you are trying to edit the page. I hope they fix this in future versions of VS. Sometimes some aspx files are validated, but usually they aren't. Restore (at least as an option) full clearing of Error List on build start, or at least add a button or context menu option to clear it manually. It's like robbing peter to pay paul, so just be aware which behavior works best for you. I have also deselected errors, warnings, and Messages.
