Now i had just done what you suggested me firstly i uninstalled the virtual-box then i uninstalled antivirus then re-installed virtual-box & appliance and then my antivirus but now also am I have attached the VBoxSvc.log. If you desabled them, then you need to uninstall and reinstall the whole VM too. give me some resource through which i post the image of error..........looking for answer.
